Dr. Julie Chinnock
Dr. Julie Chinnock has been a plant-lover since she was introduced to the magic of botanicals while living in the rainforest in Belize. She studies plants and their uses from an ethnobiomedical perspective and has traveled the world looking and learning about plants with medicinal uses from the people who use them.Julie works as a primary care physician in a public health clinic in Portland, OR and visits the Tropics whenever she can.

As naturopathic physicians, we graduated from a four year accredited medical school. As described in the Journal of the American Medical Association (JAMA), naturopathic physicians are “broadly trained in the pre-clinical sciences and the clinical disciplines, with an emphasis on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment based on the stimulation or support of natural processes…” This training has prepared us to be primary care providers with a unique philosophy and approach to healing.

We are inspired to create products that are delicious and harmless to you and the planet.
